    Current Events

Our garden is loaded with arugula, spinach, artichokes, tomatoes, beans, cucumbers, peppers and herbs. 4 different kinds of hops are getting going, the Meyer lemon trees are flowering, the apple tree is gigantic and the rose bushes are going crazy. California. Love it.

Been polishing up my baking skills. This summer I have an opportunity to spend a month with a group that really likes to eat and they are going to get a full menu of cakes, pies, tarts and cookies.

First stages of preparation for a couple of summer music, food and beer brewing events.

Starting to look at some bigger projects for the Spring and Summer. I love to have complete control of every aspect of a party but I know so many outstanding culinary and service people in the Bay Area it may be time to leverage some of those resources.

Catering a small birthday party for 12 in the Sierra Foothills.

A new year and several new projects!

If it ever snows again, I'll be cooking for some long term clients on Tahoe's West Shore. Pray for stormy weather!

Cooking lessons for San Francisco professionals looking to get fit. I've been working on menus and procedures to get them ready to shop for and make healthy food for a few days at a time.

Several small dinner parties happening in Pacific Heights for a bison rancher using some great meat from his herd.

I've been cooking in a private home in Piedmont which has given me a chance to shop at many of the great stores in the East Bay. There is a new butcher near Chez Panisse that I'm going to try tomorrow.

Dinner for one of California's Senators this weekend. Then a 21st birthday party next week. Work is getting busy as we run up to the holidays!

I have recently been working in Redwood City producing lunch and dinner for an up and coming bio tech firm. I think they are grateful for healthy, organic meals working those late nights.
